“Jarir” adjusts the due dates and distribution of first quarter profits
Jarir Marketing Company has amended the dates for the entitlement and disbursement of cash dividends to shareholders for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026 AD, so that the entitlement date becomes Monday 12/15/1447 AH, corresponding to 06/01/2026 AD, and the distribution date is Wednesday, 12/24/1447 AH, corresponding to 06/10/2026 AD.
The company had announced on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"Yesterday, it distributed cash dividends to shareholders for the first quarter of 2026 AD.
It noted the company’s Board of Directors’ decision issued today, which included amending the due date to 12/15/1447 AH, corresponding to 06/01/2026 AD, and the distribution date 12/24/1447 AH, corresponding to 06/10/2026 AD.
The reason for this amendment is due to the inability to complete Disbursement procedures were with the entity concerned with distribution before the start of the Eid al-Adha holiday, which required amending the due dates and distribution until after the Eid al-Adha holiday in coordination with it.
