"Zayed Housing" Delivery of the last group of residences in Al Suyouh District 16 in Sharjah begins

Dubai, May 13 / WAM / The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, represented by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, began handing over the last batch of housing in Al Suyouh District 16 in the Emirate of Sharjah, which included 380 homes for beneficiaries, as part of the state’s efforts aimed at enhancing residential stability and consolidating the quality of life, and in line with the objectives of the “Year of the Family” and the directives of the wise leadership in building a more cohesive and sustainable society.

The Al Suyouh neighborhood project comes within the system of national housing projects implemented by the Ministry with the aim of providing a modern residential environment that supports the stability of Emirati families, through the development of integrated residential neighborhoods that take into account the highest standards of urban planning, infrastructure and services, in keeping with the population growth and urban expansion witnessed by the country.

His Excellency Engineer Mohammed Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Infrastructure and Transport Affairs, stressed that national housing projects represent one of the strategic axes in the comprehensive development system pursued by the UAE, because of their direct role in enhancing family stability and supporting quality of life.

He said that the state continues to develop residential communities according to the highest standards, keeping pace with the aspirations of citizens and enhancing the stability of families, based on an approach that puts people at the top of priorities, and housing is considered a fundamental pillar in building a more cohesive society and a higher quality of life. He stressed that Al-Syouh 16 neighborhood embodies the state’s directions towards developing an advanced housing system based on sustainable urban planning and the integration of services and infrastructure, in a way that supports the well-being of citizens and keeps pace with future urban and population growth requirements.

He stressed that the program continues to work on developing a flexible housing system based on accelerating the fulfillment of housing requests and raising the efficiency of services, which contributes to enhancing housing stability for citizens.

He added that the start of handing over the housing of the last group of Al Suyouh 16 neighborhood is an extension of the program’s efforts to provide modern housing with integrated facilities and infrastructure, in line with the aspirations of Emirati families towards a stable residential environment that supports quality of life and enhances community stability.
