Launching the first artificial intelligence academy for real estate and business professionals in the country

ThinkProbe, the real estate training institution affiliated with the Advanced Real Estate Services Company, launched the first specialized academy of its kind in the country to qualify real estate and business specialists with artificial intelligence, in a qualitative step aimed at reformulating the concepts of professional training and enabling national and regional competencies to keep pace with the rapid transformations in digital work environments.

The ThinkProbe Academy for Artificial Intelligence, which is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, seeks to build practical and measurable capabilities based on employing artificial intelligence techniques to develop institutional and professional performance, through an integrated training system that goes beyond traditional models of education, by integrating artificial intelligence into the various stages of the learning journey, starting from guidance and simulation to assessment, performance measurement and analysis of professional readiness.

The Academy keeps pace with the needs of the UAE market and international best practices, by offering specialized programs and courses in the fields of real estate, sales, project management, marketing and business operations, which enhances the readiness of trainees to deal efficiently with the requirements of real work environments and the variables of the digital economy.

The Academy, through its partnership with AI Certs, a global company specializing in artificial intelligence certifications, provides globally recognized professional certificates, while ensuring that the training content is compatible with the needs of the local sector and its evolving requirements.

The initiative supports internal teams, external customers and sector partners, through a flexible and scalable framework aimed at building capabilities and developing skills, which contributes to raising operational efficiency, enhancing productivity and accelerating decision-making processes.

The first phase of the initiative aims to train more than 100 specialists, with plans to double the number of training courses by the end of the year, and to expand into the markets of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, in preparation for entering the markets of the Middle East and China during the coming stages.

Jassim Al Hosani, Director of Operations at ThinkProbe Institute, said that the academy represents a qualitative shift from traditional training based on transferring knowledge to an integrated model based on empowerment and achieving actual performance, stressing the focus on preparing individuals to deal efficiently with the requirements of realistic work environments, while providing clear indicators to measure the level of readiness and ability to make decisions and achieve practical impact.
