"Emirates Entrepreneurship" and"Umm Al Quwain Room" They enhance cooperation to support national entrepreneurship

Abu Dhabi, May 15 / WAM / The Emirates Entrepreneurship Association signed a memorandum of understanding yesterday with the Umm Al Quwain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the aim of enhancing institutional cooperation and supporting the national entrepreneurship system through exchanging experiences and knowledge and benefiting from the opportunities and capabilities available on both sides.
The memorandum was signed on behalf of the Chamber by His Excellency Abdullah Saif Al-Hassawi, Member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Entrepreneurship Center in the Chamber, while it was signed on behalf of the Association by Mr. Thamer Al Qasimi, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Association.
The memorandum, which was signed at the Chamber’s headquarters, aims to establish a strategic partnership that contributes to supporting emerging projects and enhancing the business environment in the country by developing joint cooperation mechanisms that serve entrepreneurs and support the growth of their projects.
Areas of cooperation include exchanging knowledge and experiences and building an institutional partnership that contributes to benefiting from the capabilities available to both parties, in addition to examining ways to support emerging projects and cooperation in the fields of marketing and organizing events specialized in entrepreneurship.
The memorandum includes providing training programs and specialized courses for emerging entrepreneurs with the aim of developing their skills and capabilities in managing and developing their businesses, in addition to cooperation in implementing relevant research, studies and consultations and developing joint mechanisms to confront the challenges facing entrepreneurs.
Areas of cooperation also include coordination in joint announcements and publications to introduce development activities and programs and enhance the culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in the country.
The two sides stressed that the memorandum of understanding represents a general framework for joint cooperation that contributes to facilitating the business environment, enhancing investment, and supporting sustainable economic development efforts in the UAE.
