“Sadaq” signs an agreement to supply health kits with “NHC” through “Supply Pro”

The Saudi Industrial Development Company (Sadaq) announced the signing of its branch, the Sadaq Ceramic Factory "Ceramic"Last Thursday, an agreement was signed with the National Housing Company (NHC) to enhance the supply of sanitary kit products through the platform "Supply Pro"

The company said in a statement on the website "Saudi Tadawul: The agreement is to fix the prices of supply chain materials for the National Housing Company (NHC).

According to the statement, the agreement does not include a specific total value or a commitment to purchase specific or guaranteed quantities, as the revenues achieved – if any – depend on the purchase orders that may be made through the platform during the term of the agreement.

According to the statement, the agreement aims to enhance the supply of sanitary kit products through the platform "Supply Pro" Owned by the National Housing Company (NHC), which aims to automate supply chain operations in the construction sector and connect real estate developers, contractors and consumers to factories, thus contributing to accelerating supply processes and raising the efficiency of supply chains.

Under the agreement, the Sadaq Ceramic Factory "Ceramic" By displaying its sanitary kit products via the platform "Supply Pro"which is concerned with managing and providing real estate supply chain services and linking service providers with developers and contractors of real estate development projects. Prices are also subject to review and adjustment in the event of changes in the prices of raw materials.

She explained that the duration of the contract is two years as of 02/22/2026.

I expected that the agreement would have a positive impact on the company’s sales, and the financial impact cannot be determined because it is related to the volume of transactions that may take place through the platform.
