I will call on the G7 to adopt a sanctions regime on Iran

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bescent said today that he will call on the Group of Seven major industrialized nations to follow a sanctions regime to prevent financing Iran’s “war machine.”

He described the visit of the American delegation to China, led by President Donald Trump, as “very successful.”
