Hamdan bin Mohammed appoints Afaf Al Muhairi as Executive Director of the General Department of Leadership and Institutional Excellence in Civil Defense

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, issued a decision appointing Afaf Jassim Ahmed Jassim Al Muhairi as Executive Director of the General Department of Leadership and Institutional Excellence at the General Command of Civil Defense in Dubai.
