“Aqaseem” distributes 2.51 million riyals in proceeds from the first issuance of sukuks
Aqaseem Chemical and Plastic Materials Factory Company announced the date of the second semi-annual distribution of the proceeds of the first issuance sukuk, for the period ending on May 20, 2026, with a total distribution of 2.51 million riyals.
The company said, in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The total amounts distributed amount to 2,513,900 riyals, which will be distributed among 50 thousand instruments due for distribution, at 50,278 riyals per instrument.
She added that the number of days for the voucher is 181 days.
She explained that the eligibility for distributions will be to the owners of the instruments at the end of trading on May 20, 2026, and those registered in the register of unit owners at Markaz Company. Securities Depository "Deposit" By the end of the second trading day following the due date.
The company indicated that the distribution of distributions will take place within a maximum period of five working days.
The company had previously announced, on April 16, 2025, setting the period for offering the Aqaseem Factory sukuks within the first issuance series, and also announced on May 15, 2025 the end of the offering of the first issuance series of the issuance program.
