Digital Dubai accelerates the inclusion of 180 new government services in the “Dubai Now” application

Digital Dubai, in cooperation with a number of government agencies, organized an intensive and specialized camp to accelerate the inclusion of individual services within the “Dubai Now” application, as part of its efforts to unify digital government services and enhance customer experience through shared digital channels in the emirate.

The organization of the camp comes within a plan that aims to add more than 180 new services to the “Dubai Now” application by the end of February 2027, which supports the leadership’s directions aimed at providing government services through a unified digital channel for individuals, and brings Dubai closer to completing the goals of the joint digital channels initiative.

Representatives of the Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Police, Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Health, Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities, Dubai Culture, Department of Finance, Community Development Authority, and General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai, participated in the camp, as these entities are working to complete the transfer of their services to the “Dubai Now” application, with other government agencies to join during the next stages of implementation.

Matar Al Hemairi, CEO of the Dubai Digital Government Establishment, said that the joint digital channels initiative represents a qualitative shift in the method of providing government services, by unifying services within specialized digital channels that provide an easier and clearer experience for customers and are supported by artificial intelligence technologies.

He added that this step comes within the framework of implementing the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, with the aim of establishing an interconnected digital government model centered around human needs, and enhancing ease of access to services, speed of delivery, and quality.

These efforts fall within the joint digital channels initiative, which aims to provide Dubai services through seven unified and specialized digital platforms, in a way that enhances the quality of life and consolidates the emirate’s global competitiveness.
