Dubai real estate transactions exceed 20.5 billion dirhams in a week

The total real estate transactions in Dubai during the current week reached more than 20.5 billion dirhams, including sales worth 9.56 billion dirhams through the implementation of 3,613 sales.

Monitoring conducted by Emirates Today, based on data from the Dubai Land Department, revealed that weekly real estate sales were divided into 3,271 sales of residential units, 172 sales of buildings, and 170 sales of lands.

The data showed that the value of mortgages during the past week amounted to 9.65 billion dirhams after 917 transactions were carried out, including 539 residential unit transactions, 115 building transactions and 263 land sales.

The value of the donations amounted to 1.34 billion dirhams, with 281 transactions, distributed among 224 residential unit transactions, 11 building transactions, and 46 land transactions.

Data recorded in Dubai Land Department indicated that a number of different areas and real estate complexes in Dubai witnessed remarkable demand, whether in terms of sales or mortgages, during the recent period, most notably the “Emaar South Complex” area, “Jumeirah Lakes Towers,” and “Arjan.”
