“Amouri Basketball” breaks his record with 18 hat-tricks

The star of the Emirati national team and winger of the Shabab Al-Ahly basketball team, Omar Al-Amri, known as “Amori the Basketball,” continued his remarkable brilliance this season, after he set a new record in terms of three-pointers, with 18 successful shots that gave him 54 points, with which he led his team to a wide victory over Al-Dhafra with a score of (132-96), today, Saturday, at the opening of the quarter-finals of the Vice President’s Basketball Cup Championship, the end of the season’s competitions.
Al-Amri broke his previous record for the number of three-pointers, recorded last month during the opening of the Emirates Basketball Cup, when he made 14 three-pointers against Shabab Al-Ahly against Al-Wahda, which then ended with Shabab Al-Ahly winning with a score of (127-72).
Shabab Al-Ahly imposed its advantage over the course of the match from the beginning, led by the brilliance of “Amouri”, to decide the four periods with results (33-22, 33-21, 38-28, and 28-25).
With this victory, Shabab Al-Ahly reserved its place in the semi-finals, where the winner awaits the match between Al-Bataeh and Al-Wasl scheduled for tomorrow, at the end of the quarter-finals.
