Shabab Al-Ahly and Al-Nasr qualify for the final of the Vice President’s Basketball Cup
Dubai, May 28 / WAM / The Shabab Al-Ahly and Al-Nasr teams qualified for the final of the Vice President’s Basketball Cup, the last tournament of the local season, after their victory today over Al-Bataeh and Al-Sharjah in the semi-final matches.
Shabab Al-Ahly succeeded in defeating its guest, Al-Bataeh, with a score of 112-108, in the match that was held at the club hall in Al-Mamzar, while Al-Nasr defeated its host, Sharjah, with a score of 90-83, in the match hosted by the Sharjah Club hall.
Shabab Al-Ahly and Al-Nasr are scheduled to meet in the final match next Saturday at Shabab Al-Ahly Hall in Al-Mamzar, according to the tournament regulations, which give preference to hosting the final to the team that advances in the first stage standings.
