India reduces customs duties on exports of petrol, diesel and jet fuel

New Delhi, May 31 / WAM / India announced the reduction of customs duties on exports of gasoline, diesel and aircraft engine fuel for a period of two weeks, starting from the first of June.
The Indian government stated in a statement that duties on gasoline exports were set at 1.5 rupees ($0.0158) per litre, while duties on diesel were set at 13.5 rupees per litre. As for export duties on aviation fuel, they were set at 9.5 rupees per litre.
These rates are reviewed every two weeks, and are based on the average international prices of crude oil, gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel during the period.
