“Jazz” signs a service provision agreement with Aramco

Arabian Gas Services Company signed a long-term agreement with the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco).

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"Under this agreement, the company will provide services within facilities across several technical specializations, including: mechanical works, piping works, electrical works, measurement and control devices, communications, painting works, and civil and construction works.

The duration of the agreement is an initial period of six years, with the possibility of extending for two additional periods of three years each (6 + 3 + 3), bringing the total possible period to twelve (12) years.

The financial impact of the agreement depends on the size of the agreement. And the scope of works to be performed under the relevant contracts or purchase orders.
