“Miral”: Amending the period and rental value for the new dental clinics branch in Riyadh
Company announced "Miral Medical Clinics"Today, Wednesday, the contract concluded with the lessor was amended "Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Ateeq Real Estate Office"regarding the headquarters of its new branch in the Al-Arid neighborhood in Riyadh.
The company explained in a statement: "Saudi Arabia trading"Changing the start date of the contract to September 10, 2026 instead of June 1, 2026, for a period of 10 years, with a total value of (17,250,000) riyals instead of (18,400,010) riyals, and an annual rental value of (1,725,000) riyals instead of (1,840,001) riyals.
The company added that it had By paying the rental value for the first year when the previous contract begins, and this amount will be calculated from the beginning of the new contract.
The paid amount will be deducted from the rental value for the first year, which starts from the date of the start of the new contract, and the remainder will be carried over to the following year, provided that the rental value is paid after that every calendar year.
This amendment comes due to the lessor’s inability to deliver the headquarters on the previously specified date due to not fulfilling some contractual requirements, including not fulfilling them. Municipality requirements for obtaining the necessary licenses for the headquarters.
The financial impact of this contract is expected to begin during the third quarter of 2026 with the start of actual operation of the branch.
