Dubai Investments hands over all Dana Bay villas in Ras Al Khaimah

Dubai Investments Real Estate, the real estate arm of Dubai Investments Company, announced the completion of the final phase of handing over the villas in “Dana Bay”, the mixed-use coastal project on Al Marjan Island in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, by handing over all the project’s villas.

The company stated, in a statement yesterday, that this achievement comes after the completion of the delivery of 171 villas on land, in addition to 18 villas on the breakwater, indicating that thus all 189 villas have been delivered.

She explained that the residential units delivered include a variety of townhouses and villas consisting of three, four and five bedrooms, in addition to luxury villas overlooking the beach, noting that the construction work, building services, interior finishes and external infrastructure for all units have been completed.

The Director General of Dubai Real Estate Investment, Obaid Al Salami, said: “The completion of the villas in the (Dana Bay) project and their readiness for delivery is a major step in the project’s development process.” He added: “This achievement reflects the high level of implementation efficiency and coordination between the various stages of development and delivery, in addition to our commitment to the specified timetable.”

Al-Salami continued: “With the completion of the project’s villas, we continue to develop an integrated community on the waterfront that brings together housing, hospitality, retail and the elements of a modern lifestyle, and strengthens Ras Al Khaimah’s position as a leading investment and tourism destination.”

The residential tower in the project, which includes 143 apartments distributed over 19 floors, is witnessing remarkable progress in construction work, as foundation and infrastructure work have been completed, while the completion rate of the upper structure has reached about 78%.

Work on the facades, mechanical, electrical and sanitary systems and interior finishes on the various floors is also continuing, while the total completion rate in the tower has reached about 38%.

The project’s hospitality facilities work is progressing with the completion rate exceeding 30%, which strengthens Dana Bi’s position as an integrated coastal destination.
