The dollar rises after interest rates are fixed

NEW YORK, June 18, 2018 (WAM) – The dollar continued its gains against the euro, on Wednesday, after the Reserve Board (the US central bank) left the interest rate unchanged.

The euro fell 0.5 percent to reach $1.1553. While the dollar compensated for its losses against the yen to trade unchanged at 160.435 yen.
