“Zatka”: June 10 is the deadline for submitting withholding tax forms for the month of May


The Zakat and Tax Authority called for Customs (ZATCA), today, Thursday, urged establishments subject to withholding tax in the Kingdom to submit tax withholding forms for the month of May 2026, no later than June 10, 2026.

It urged "Zatka" Establishments must quickly submit tax withholding forms through their website in order to avoid a fine for late payment within the specified period, at the rate of 1% of the unpaid tax for every 30 days of delay from the due date.

A Withholding tax on all amounts paid from a source in the Kingdom to non-resident entities that do not have a permanent establishment in the Kingdom, in accordance with the rates specified in Article Sixty-Eight of the Income Tax Law and Article Sixty-Three of its Executive Regulations.
