An appeal against the Saudi Darb compensation ruling of 100 million riyals against former council members


Darb Saudi Investment Company received a statement from its legal representatives stating that the former board members (the defendants) had filed an appeal in the case against them.

The company had filed a lawsuit against the former board members for the session extending from February 10, 2010 until February 9, 2013, and it was filed before the Securities Disputes Resolution Committee of the Capital Market Authority.

The company explained that the case related to the claim of the former board members. compensation to the company, jointly and severally, in an amount of up to 100 million riyals.

The company indicated that the statement was received from its legal representatives: Ahmed bin Othman Al-Hogail, Abdul-Ilah bin Abdullah Al-Shuhail, and Saad bin Fahd Al-Khanfari, from Ahmed bin Othman Al-Hogail and Partners Law and Legal Consultations Company.

This development comes in addition to the company’s previous announcement regarding the case filed before the Capital Market Authority against members The former board of directors to claim compensation.
