Iran and Israel want a ceasefire

US President Donald Trump said on the Truth Social platform on Monday that Israel and Iran are looking forward to reaching an immediate ceasefire, indicating that final peace negotiations are still ongoing, and that ignorance or stupidity may hinder reaching an agreement.

The US President stressed that the naval blockade imposed on Iran will remain in place in full force and effect until the “final deal” is reached, as he put it.
