Expected The National Center of Meteorology in its report on The weather condition today, Thursday, for the regions of the Kingdom, will remain It’s hot to Extremely hot in parts of the Eastern and Riyadh regions, and the effect of Active winds, causing dust and dirt on parts of it, as well as on parts of the regions of Medina, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and the northern borders.
The opportunity is also still ripe for thundershowers accompanied by active winds and hail showers on parts of the highlands of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah.
Red Sea
Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 15-30 km/hour over that part. The northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 10-25 km/hour in the southern part.
Wave height: from half a meter to a meter and a half in the northern and central part, and from half a meter to a meter in the southern part.
Sea state: light to moderate waves in the northern and central part, and light waves in the southern part.
Arabian Gulf
Surface winds: northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 14-28 km/hour.
Wave height: from half a meter to one meter.
Sea condition: Light waves.
Eastern region weather

The heat wave begins at 11 am and continues until 5 pm.
The alert includes: Jubail, Al-Khobar, Dammam, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Al-Khafji, Al-Nairiyah, Qaryat Al-Olayya, Al-Ahsa, Al-Udayd, Abqaiq, and Hafr Al-Batin.
It is accompanied by a rise in temperature from (47 – 48) degrees Celsius.
Al-Ahsa, Al-Udayd, Abqaiq, Hafr Al-Batin, Al-Khafji, Al-Nairiya, and Qaryat Al-Olayya are expected to witness active winds from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m..
The associated effects are: low horizontal visibility, and wind speeds reaching (40 – 49) kilometers per hour.
