“Tubi” wins the competition to operate a call center for a government agency for 51.5 million riyals
The Perfect Display Company for Commercial Services (Tobi) announced the award of a competition to operate a unified call center with a government entity.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The value of the contract is estimated at 51.5 million riyals, while the duration of the contract is 36 months.
She added that the project includes: establishing the headquarters of the beneficiary service center and equipping it in an integrated manner in terms of infrastructure and technology, providing technical solutions, technical and technical support services, development services, providing human resources for the telephone service centers and training them, and managing the centers’ operational and administrative operations.
