“Shalfa”: awarded a contract with “Building Development” worth 366.49 million riyals

Shalfa Facilities Management Company received an award notice from Tatweer Buildings Company to carry out cleaning, maintenance and janitor services for school buildings in the Qassim region.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"This comes within the framework agreement for integrated facilities management services for school buildings and private institutes in the central region (Qassim region).

She explained that the company had previously announced the signing of the framework agreement contract with Tatweer Buildings Company on 04/29/2025 AD.

She added that the value of the contract is estimated at 366.49 million riyals.
