Concrete prices
The price of Concrete"Resistant 350K" By 0.3% on a monthly basis last May, recording 225.9 riyals per cubic meter.
The price of concrete declined. "Resistant 250k"by 0.3% last May, on a monthly basis, recording 206.2 riyals per cubic meter.
The price of concrete decreased. "Regular 350 K" By 0.4% on a monthly basis last May, recording 215.7 riyals per cubic meter.
The price of concrete was recorded "Regular 250 K" 197.4 riyals per cubic meter, down by 0.2% on a monthly basis last May.
Building materials prices
The price of local marble tiles decreased by 0.3% on a monthly basis to 23.2 riyals, while the price of national gypsum rose by 0.1% to 15.9 riyals.
The price of black block decreased. "Size 15 cm" and"Size 20 cm" By 0.7% and 0.4% to 1679 riyals and 1736 riyals respectively last May.
The price of white fine sand recorded 77.2 riyals per cubic meter, down 0.7%, while the price of the mixture (sand and gravel) recorded 52.4 riyals, down 0.4%, while the price of red sand recorded 38.1 riyals, down 1.9% on a monthly basis.
