The dollar is declining against major global currencies

The dollar fell during trading today, while the euro stabilized at $1.1611, while there was no significant change in the British pound, which recorded $1.3430.

The New Zealand dollar rose slightly to $0.5833, while the Australian dollar settled at $0.7066.

Against a basket of major currencies, the dollar index fell to 99.53 points, giving up part of the gains it achieved recently supported by demand for it as a safe haven.

On the other hand, the Japanese yen recorded 160.43 yen against the dollar in the latest trading.
