“Tadawi Health” in Dubai is preparing to launch the “Amad” system…the first integrated national platform for precision medicine and promoting healthy lifespan.

Tadawi Health Group in Dubai announced the completion of more than 90% of the “Amad” system, which is an integrated national platform for precision medicine and promoting healthy lifespan, which was developed over the past two years to be an advanced model for future health care.
Marwan Ibrahim Haji Al Nasser, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Tadawi Health Group, said: This project comes in line with Dubai’s vision for the future, and to consolidate the emirate’s position as a global center for precision medicine and prolonging healthy lives.
He added: The project is being implemented in a strategic partnership between four national companies wholly owned by Emirati investors, combining medical expertise, genetic medicine, artificial intelligence, nutrition and preventive medicine, which is the Tadawi Health Group, “Technogenomics”, which specializes in genetic examinations and analyzes and precision medicine techniques, “Takon Artificial Intelligence”, which specializes in information technologies, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, and “Cosmic Doctor”, which specializes in nutrition, nutritional supplements, preventive medicine, and enhancing the quality of life.
He continued: This national partnership comes from a shared conviction that the future of health care does not depend on treating disease after it appears, but rather on understanding humans comprehensively and predicting health risks before they occur, by employing artificial intelligence, precision medicine, and genetic and clinical data in one integrated system.
Marwan Al Nasser explained: The “Amad” system relies on an integrated health journey that begins with genetic testing as the cornerstone for understanding the biological characteristics of each individual, then integrating the results of laboratory analyzes and vital indicators with lifestyle and daily data, to design a health, treatment, nutritional and sports plan customized for each person.
The system includes conducting nutritional genetic analysis, drug genetic analysis, assessing the risks of hereditary cancers, and preventive cardiovascular genetic tests.
It also includes performing comprehensive blood tests, assessing physical fitness and lifestyle, reviewing and optimizing medications, designing personalized nutritional supplement programs, continuous digital health monitoring, and complete genetic sequencing.
These elements aim to build a unique health journey for each individual, based on his genetic, biological, clinical and lifestyle data.
Marwan Al Nasser added: The system provides a set of smart solutions, the most prominent of which is building a personal health file based on the genetic report, integrating and analyzing laboratory tests and linking them to genetic characteristics, and analyzing food meals once they are photographed, including Gulf foods, while calculating their nutritional values and linking them to the genetic status and health indicators.
It also provides integration with smart watches and health rings to monitor sleep, physical activity, heart rate, and other vital indicators on an ongoing basis, and design personalized nutrition programs and nutritional supplements for each person, specifying doses and times of use, sending smart alerts, and providing immediate guidance during exercise in accordance with the health condition and vital data of the user.
The new system enables doctors to benefit from the patient’s genetic profile and integrated health data to support making more accurate and personalized treatment decisions, and to benefit from artificial intelligence techniques to analyze drugs and link them to the user’s genetic characteristics, which supports choosing the most appropriate treatment according to the principles of precision medicine.
Marwan Al Nasser stressed that the goal of the “Amad” system is not to increase the number of years of life, but rather to prolong the years of life that a person lives in good health, independence, and a high quality of life.
He continued: The basic philosophy of the system is based on prevention, early detection, precision medicine, and personalized health interventions, which contribute to reducing the risk of chronic diseases, delaying their appearance, and enabling individuals to enjoy a longer, healthier, and more productive life.
The choice of the name “Amad” came to carry the system’s message and philosophy, as it was inspired by the word “Amad” in the Arabic language, which means extension, continuity, and long-term, in reference to striving towards promoting healthy lifespan and improving the quality of life, and not just increasing the number of years of life.
The name reflects the system’s vision of moving from the concept of treating diseases to the concept of prevention and precision medicine, and enabling people to live a longer life with better health.
Marwan Ibrahim Haji Al Nasser said: “At Tadawi Group, we have always believed that the future of health care begins before the disease appears, not after it. From this standpoint, the “Amad” system came to embody our vision of building a health model based on precision medicine, prevention, and artificial intelligence, with the aim of promoting healthy lifespan and enabling every individual to have a health journey designed specifically for him or her.”
He added, “The launch of the Dubai Health Sustainability Authority confirms that we are moving in the right direction, and we are proud that Amad is an Emirati national project that keeps pace with this ambitious vision.”
For his part, Mohammed Abdullah Al-Zaffin, CEO of Taqaon Artificial Intelligence, said: “We believe that data and artificial intelligence are the cornerstone of the future of health care, and therefore we have developed an advanced technical structure for the Amad system capable of integrating genetic, clinical, biological, and lifestyle data into one smart platform, which provides accurate personal recommendations and supports medical decision-making according to the latest global technologies.”
In turn, Dr. Aisha Muhammad, CEO of Technogenomics, said: “Genetic testing is the real starting point towards personalized medicine, because it gives us a deeper understanding of the nature of every human being and his different responses to food, medicines and diseases. Through AMAD, we seek to transform genetic information from a mere laboratory report into an essential part of an integrated health journey that helps prevent, improve the quality of life, and promote healthy lifespan.”
As for Dr. Lamees Hamdan, CEO of Cosmic Doctor Nutritional Supplements Company, she stressed that “Nutrition and supplements are not general solutions that can be applied to everyone, but rather they must be designed according to each person’s needs and biological characteristics, and through our role in the Amad system, we work to build personalized nutrition and supplementation programs based on genetic data and vital indicators, with the aim of supporting preventive health and achieving the best possible quality of life in the long term.”
The entities participating in the system confirm that “Amad” represents an integrated Emirati national model that combines medical, technical and scientific expertise, and reflects the ability of Emirati competencies to develop global health solutions emanating from Dubai to the world.
It also confirms that the system is not just a digital application, but rather an integrated system for precision medicine and promoting healthy lifespan that combines genetic testing, laboratory analyses, artificial intelligence, personalized nutrition, specialized medical personnel, and continuous digital follow-up, to form a new model of preventive health care that keeps pace with Dubai’s vision of building a healthier and more sustainable society, and puts people at the heart of medical innovation.
