More than 162 million dinars were awarded to 41 entities last April

The total award issued by decisions of the Tenders and Auctions Board during the month of April amounted to 162 million dinars, in favor of 41 government agencies, the highest of which was to Bapco Refining Company with about 94 million dinars for maintenance services, building units, and reviews of operational readiness for the refinery modernization program, followed by Gulf Air with more than 19.9 million dinars to support the stock of airframe spare parts for the A320 family of aircraft.

The total number of awards from the Bahrain International Circuit amounted to 256 thousand dinars, (Edamah) Company 107 thousand dinars, Blaj Al-Jazair Real Estate Development Company 94 thousand dinars, Bahrain Airport Company 2.2 million dinars, Customs Affairs 138 thousand dinars, Gulf Air 20 million dinars, Gulf Air Group 1.5 million dinars, primary health care centers 124 thousand dinars, and the Prime Minister’s Office 14 thousand dinars. The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities received 336 thousand dinars, and the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority 289 thousand dinars.

While the total awards to the Electricity and Water Authority amounted to 4.9 million dinars, the Information and E-Government Authority 1.6 million dinars, the Communications Regulatory Authority 4 thousand dinars, the Labor Market Regulatory Authority 306 thousand dinars, and the Education and Training Quality Authority 132 thousand dinars.
