My dealers council"Ajman Finance" Discusses strengthening partnership to develop government services
Ajman, June 23 / WAM / During its meeting, the Customer Council of the Department of Finance in Ajman discussed government framework agreements, in terms of the operational and contractual challenges associated with them, and reviewed development proposals and observations that aim to enhance integration between government agencies in the emirate in order to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and governance.
Procurement officials from government agencies in the emirate participated in the council, as the council formed an interactive platform for exchanging visions and anticipating development opportunities that would improve the government procurement system and achieve added value for customers of government agencies.
The Council’s program included open dialogue sessions that gave participants the opportunity to discuss challenges and opportunities directly, and to submit practical proposals that contribute to improving the efficiency of government operations.
These sessions formed a platform for exploring innovative solutions that support building a more flexible and proactive operations system, based on the needs of stakeholders and keeping pace with future changes.
The council comes in line with the directions of the Ajman government towards developing government procurement procedures, while the Department of Finance, through these councils, continues to consolidate the culture of partnership with customers as a major driver of the wheel of development and government excellence, which contributes to building a smarter and more efficient service system that not only meets customers’ needs, but also exceeds their expectations.
