During a phone call, the President of the State offered his condolences to the Emir of Qatar for the victims of the Ras Laffan industrial zone accident

Today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, made a phone call with his brother, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, during which he expressed his sincere condolences to the victims of the accident that occurred in a factory in the Ras Laffan Industrial Area, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.

His Highness affirmed the UAE’s solidarity with Qatar and its support for it following this incident.

For his part, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his feelings of fraternal solidarity towards Qatar, stressing the depth of the relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
