Advertise has completed receiving investor requests for the local issuance for the month of June 2026 within the Into six tranches, the size of the first tranche amounted to 4.697 billion Saudi riyals (four billion six hundred and ninety-seven million Saudi riyals) for sukuks maturing in the year 2029 AD, and the second tranche amounted to 2.121 billion Saudi riyals (two billion one hundred and twenty-one million Saudi riyals) for sukuks maturing in the year 2031 AD.

The third tranche amounted to 1.022 billion Saudi riyals (one billion and twenty-two million Saudi riyals) for sukuks maturing in the year 2033 AD, and the fourth tranche amounted to 1.645 billion Saudi riyals (one billion six hundred and forty-five million Saudi riyals) for sukuks maturing in the year 2036 AD.
The fifth tranche amounted to 321 million Saudi riyals. (Three hundred and twenty-one million Saudi riyals) for sukuks maturing in 2039, and the sixth tranche amounted to 770 million Saudi riyals (seven hundred and seventy million Saudi riyals) for sukuks maturing in 2041.
