To support workers in the summer… Dubai Police launches the “Shade and Wage” initiative with the participation of 600 workers on its first day

The Dubai Police General Command, represented by the Positive Spirit Council, and in cooperation with the General Department of Human Rights, the General Administration of Police Stations, and the “Thank You for Your Volunteer Giving” team, launched the “Shade and Wage” community initiative aimed at supporting workers and promoting the values ​​of solidarity and tolerance during the summer.

The first day of the initiative, which is implemented weekly in labor areas, witnessed the participation of more than 600 workers who benefited from the distribution of umbrellas, cold refreshments, and meals, in addition to receiving awareness and humanitarian messages that reflect the values ​​of compassion and cohesion in UAE society.

Chair of the Positive Spirit Council, Fatima Ahmed Buhajir, stressed that the initiative reflects the keenness of Dubai Police and its partners to provide a positive environment that supports workers as essential partners in the development and construction process, noting that expressing gratitude for their continuous efforts is a societal duty that contributes to enhancing the quality of life and consolidating the culture of giving.
