“The Gallant Knight 3” opens the Emirates Medical Center in northern Gaza

Operation Gallant Knight 3 opened the Emirates Medical Center in the northern Gaza Strip, in a new step within the humanitarian efforts implemented by the United Arab Emirates to support the health sector and provide basic medical services to the residents of the Strip.

The center provides an integrated package of health services through a number of clinics and medical specialties, which contributes to enhancing the health system’s ability to meet patients’ needs and provide primary and therapeutic health care, in light of the challenges facing the health sector in Gaza.

The opening of the center is an extension of the humanitarian initiatives implemented by Operation Gallant Knight 3, which focuses on supporting health facilities, providing medicines and medical supplies, and contributing to raising the efficiency of therapeutic services, in a way that enhances the sustainability of health care and alleviates the suffering of the population.

The Emirates Medical Center in the northern Gaza Strip is the second medical center established by Operation Gallant Knight 3, after the opening of the Emirates Medical Center in the city of Khan Yunis, as part of a plan aimed at expanding the scope of health services and ensuring that medical care reaches the largest possible segment of beneficiaries throughout the Strip.
