His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, today congratulated the Kingdom of Morocco, the government and people, on the occasion of its national team’s qualification to the round of 16 of the World Cup finals.
