"sunrise" Announces rapid developments in "Sustainable Sharjah" and"Ajwan Khorfakkan" It launches an educational project worth 183 million dirhams

Sharjah, 6 July / WAM / The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority “Shurooq” revealed remarkable progress in the construction work of its two pioneering projects, “Sharjah Sustainable City” and “Ajwan Khor Fakkan”, culminating in the signing of a strategic agreement with “Snam Holding Group” to develop a comprehensive American school in “Sharjah Sustainable City” with investments amounting to 183 million dirhams (50 million US dollars). The educational project, which extends for 35 years, aims to accommodate 2,435 students from kindergarten to the twelfth grade within integrated modern facilities that include scientific and robotic laboratories, and sports and artistic facilities.

On the construction level, the community facilities in the “Sharjah Sustainable City” are nearing completion, as the completion rate of the mosque, which can accommodate about 650 worshipers, has reached 70%, coinciding with the near completion of the multi-use sports fields.

At the same time, the “Ajwan Khor Fakkan” project recorded rapid progress in completing the foundations and marine construction works, amid strong demand and sales that reinforce its position at the forefront of distinguished waterfront projects in the country.

Khaled Dimas, Senior Director of Real Estate Development at Shurooq, confirmed that these developments reflect the authority’s commitment to providing vibrant and sustainable communities that meet the aspirations of residents and investors, noting that the expansion of educational infrastructure and the development of sea destinations represents a strategic step towards providing long-term value that supports the comprehensive development process in the Emirate of Sharjah.
