“Enforcement” supervises 75 real estate auctions in the second half of July

Declare Support and Filter Center "Enforcement" During the period from July 15 to July 31, 2026, 75 real estate auctions were held in various regions of the Kingdom, including the offering of 846 various real estate assets.

The Makkah Al-Mukarramah region topped the number of Eastern with 8 auctions that included 71 real estate assets, then the Asir region and the Qassim region with 6 auctions each, including 96 real estate assets and 77 real estate assets, respectively.

Several auctions will be held in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom, including the Tabuk region with 4 auctions, and 3 auctions in each of Medina, Hail, Jazan, Najran, and the northern border, in addition to Two auctions in Al-Jouf region.
