The IMF lowers its forecasts for global economic growth again

Reduce The International Monetary Fund forecasts that the global economy will grow again, noting that the development of artificial intelligence will partially mitigate the repercussions of the war in the Middle East.

According to an update to the Fund’s World Economic Outlook report, economies in general will witness average growth of 3% this year, that is, 0.1 percentage points lower than the forecast issued in April.

This estimate was made before the United States and Iran resumed mutual strikes during the past few hours, and US President Donald Trump announced that The ceasefire agreement with the Islamic Republic has ended.
