"Dubai roads" Continue to develop the application "Suhail" Within the system of shared digital channels

Dubai, July 13 / WAM / The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority continued to develop the “S’hail” application, within the system of joint digital channels, within the framework of the government’s trend towards unifying digital channels and providing an integrated transportation experience through a unified platform that brings together the various services and modes of transportation in the Emirate of Dubai, in line with a roadmap that aims to enhance integration between entities and simplify the customer’s journey.

The development of the application comes within a future plan aimed at expanding the scope of services and strengthening partnerships with government agencies and the private sector, in a way that supports “S’hail” position as a comprehensive digital platform for transportation services in the emirate.

The application allows customers to benefit from the services of the public transportation payment system via the “Nol” card, including card management, recharging the balance, purchasing and renewing transportation permits, and applying for and renewing the personal “Nol” card, after re-engineering these services in accordance with the principles of the 360 ​​services policy.

The application was also recently launched on smart watches, allowing customers to follow flight information, arrival and departure times, and real-time alerts directly through the smart watch, which contributes to providing faster and easier access to flight information while on the move.

The “S’hail” application provides an integrated digital platform for planning trips across various means of public transportation, including buses, metro, trams, and abras, in addition to integration with on-demand transportation services, taxi reservations, and first- and last-mile means of transportation, such as electric scooters and bicycles, as well as providing real-time information about trips, bus occupancy levels, and immediate alerts regarding any changes or delays, enabling customers to plan their trips efficiently and easily.
