The Public Prosecutor explained that the Public Prosecution heard the statements of the press reporter, and also summoned those responsible for preparing, approving, and publishing the news to the agency, to verify their roles, the mechanism for preparing, approving, and publishing the news, and the extent of compliance with the legal and professional controls followed in verifying the authenticity of news before publishing it, in preparation for determining responsibilities and taking legal measures in light of the results of the investigations.
