Asus honors graduates of its training program at the Real Estate Brokerage Forum in the presence of the Chairman of the General Real Estate Authority


Asos Real Estate Company, in the presence of the Chairman of the General Real Estate Authority, Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, and the Director General of the Saudi Real Estate Institute, Mr. Abdulqader Al-Abdulqader, honored the graduates of the training program, held in cooperation between Asos and the Saudi Real Estate Institute, during the Real Estate Brokerage Forum held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, which Asos participated in sponsoring for the second year in a row, confirming its commitment to supporting real estate brokers, strengthening partnerships with specialized authorities, and contributing to initiatives that advance the sector. This honor comes within the ongoing cooperation between ASOS and the Saudi Real Estate Institute, as ASOS hosted the training program in its sales center, as part of joint efforts to support real estate brokers and promote quality initiatives in the real estate sector.

During the ceremony, the General Manager of Sales at ASOS, Mr. Moaz bin Hamad Al Marzouqi, gave a speech in which he stressed that the real estate broker has today become a basic pillar in the real estate sector, and that his role is no longer limited to completing deals, but rather he has become a partner in Raising market efficiency, enhancing confidence, and achieving added value for beneficiaries, pointing out that real estate brokerage has become a key element in the sector’s growth and development.

Mr. Moaz Al Marzouqi explained that since the previous forum, ASUS has continued to strengthen its partnership with real estate brokers, and has achieved qualitative results through cooperation with more than 1,000 brokers and real estate brokerage companies, selling and reserving more than 280 real estate units, and achieving sales exceeding 418 million riyals through… Real estate brokers, in addition to recording a growth in broker sales by 59% compared to the previous period, stressing that these results reflect the success of the partnership between ASOS and real estate brokers, and the pivotal role they play in supporting the growth of the real estate sector, and enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of the real estate market.
