A second Iranian aggression targets a power station in Kuwait and a fire breaks out
Kuwait, July 19 / WAM / Today, Sunday, the electric power and water distillation station in the State of Kuwait was subjected to a new attack for the second time in two days as a result of the sinful Iranian aggression, which led to the outbreak of a fire and damage to a large number of power generation units.
The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy explained, in a press statement carried by the Kuwait News Agency, that the General Fire Force and technical teams immediately dealt with the incident in coordination with the security authorities, and emergency plans were activated to control the fire, assess the damage, and return the affected units to service as quickly as possible.
The Ministry confirmed that it will continue its work around the clock to ensure the stability of the electrical network, urging citizens and residents to cooperate to overcome this exceptional stage by rationalizing electricity consumption and following developments through its official channels.
