Abdullah bin Zayed and Ayman Al-Safadi discuss developments in the region

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, discussed, during a phone call with Ayman Al-Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the overall regional developments and situations in the Middle East region.
His Highness and Ayman Al-Safadi strongly condemned the aggressive Iranian attacks that targeted the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the State of Kuwait, with missiles and drones.

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan affirmed the UAE’s full solidarity with the sisterly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, and the sisterly State of Kuwait, and its support in everything that would preserve its security and stability.

The two sides also discussed ways to strengthen regional and international efforts to end the escalation in the region and ensure freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz in accordance with international law, in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable security and stability.
