The price of gold rose to near its peak two weeks before the US interest rate decision

The price of gold today, Wednesday, to its highest level in nearly two weeks, supported by technical purchasing operations, at a time when investors are awaiting the meeting of the Federal Reserve (the US central bank) next week; Looking for clues about the Interest rates.
The price of Goldin spot transactions rose 0.9% to $4,113.73 per ounce, after recording its highest level since July 10.
US gold futures for August delivery jumped 1.1% to $4,119.1.
Precious metal prices
As for other precious metals, the price of silver rose in spot transactions. 1.8% to $59.82 per ounce.
The price of platinum rose 1.6% to $1,655.61, and the price of palladium increased 1.6% to $1,302.25.
