Depositing 1.082 billion riyals for beneficiaries of the housing support program for the month of July 2026
The Real Estate Development Fund announced today, Sunday, the deposit of 1.82 billion riyals into the accounts of the beneficiaries of the housing support program from the Ministry Municipalities, Housing and the Real Estate Fund, for the month of July 2026.
He explained that the total support for the month of July was allocated to support the profits of various housing support program contracts; To empower beneficiaries and improve their ability to own housing, in order to achieve the objectives of the housing program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs, indicating that the total amount deposited in the accounts of program beneficiaries Housing support from January of this year 2026 until this July amounted to about 7.54 billion SAR.
The Real Estate Development Fund provides housing support services, through the Fund’s electronic portal, in addition to the service "Real estate consultant" Which enables beneficiaries to build their support paths, in accordance with the best financing and housing recommendations.
Since its establishment in 1974, the Real Estate Fund has enabled more than 1,800,000 families to obtain their first homes, and contributed to raising the ownership rate for citizens to 66.24%.
