122.5 million dirhams spent by “Beit Al Khair” on its charitable projects in the first half

Beit Al Khair Association announced that its total spending on charitable projects during the first half of 2026 amounted to 122 million, 623 thousand and 804 dirhams as part of its efforts to enhance social solidarity and support needy families and deserving cases in various emirates of the country.

The association’s financial statements showed that spending was distributed between 50 million and 495 thousand and 72 dirhams for zakat disbursements and 72 million and 28 thousand and 732 dirhams for charity projects, reflecting the diversity of its charitable projects and their inclusion of multiple fields that meet the needs of various deserving groups.

With regard to Zakat disbursements, emergency aid came at the forefront of spending, with a value of 37.9 million dirhams, followed by monthly aid to families, with a value of 4.3 million dirhams, then Eidiya, with a value of 3.7 million dirhams, and the Al-Gharameen project, with a value of 2.3 million dirhams, in addition to Zakat Al-Fitr, with a value of 1.6 million dirhams, and monthly support for people of determination, with a value of 684 thousand dirhams.

As for charity projects, Ramadan projects topped the volume of spending with a total of 30.3 million dirhams, followed by a treatment project with a value of 13.3 million dirhams and emergency charity with a value of 13 million dirhams. Spending also included sponsorship and care for orphans with an amount of 5.9 million dirhams, a food project with more than 5 million dirhams, support for the student project with a value of 2.1 million dirhams, and a sacrificial animal project with an amount of 1.5 million dirhams, in addition to a number of Among other charitable initiatives.

Beit Al Khair stressed that these results embody its commitment to continuing to develop its humanitarian programs and expanding the scope of its societal impact by quickly responding to emergency situations, supporting families with limited income, and providing health, educational and nutritional support to deserving groups in a way that enhances the values ​​of solidarity and giving in Emirati society.

The association also expressed its appreciation and thanks to the partners, supporters and benefactors for their continuous contributions and confidence in its programs, stressing that this support represents an essential pillar in the success of its charitable projects and reaching the largest possible number of beneficiaries.
