In numbers: the pound rises against the dollar and falls against the euro

By the time the London markets closed, the pound reached (1.3304) US dollars, an increase of (0.04%), while it decreased against the European currency at (1.1673) euros by (0.13%).

On the other hand, the main London Stock Exchange index (FOTS 100) closed today with an increase of (0.83%).

The index – which includes the largest… One hundred companies on the London Stock Exchange – gains equivalent to (89.27) points, reaching the level of (10871.02) points.
