The medical team reported that the patient suffers from multiple diseases and osteoporosis, as well as a fracture in her right femur. After performing the necessary medical and radiological examinations on her, she was admitted to the operating room and a major operation was performed on her using spinal anaesthesia.
Then, a gamma spinal nail was placed in the right hip and thigh through small holes through the skin, using radioendoscopy, to reduce the risk of this disease.
He explained that the operation took about half an hour and was successful. The patient began to move the next day after the operation, and the patient was discharged on the third day in good health.
The medical team confirmed that these operations are delicate operations with high specificity in relation to the patient’s age and the nature of osteoporosis.
