“Al-Jouf Cement” signs a contract to supply clinker to a Jordanian company for 38 million riyals

Yesterday, Al-Jouf Cement Company signed a contract to supply clinker starting from the first of next January with a Jordanian company.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Tadawul: The value of the contract is 38 million riyals, representing 12.6% of the company’s total revenues, according to the latest audited financial statements for the year 2023.
She noted that the duration of the contract is one calendar year, starting from the first of next January and ending on December 31, 2025, or in the event of the completion of the supply of the agreed upon quantity, whichever comes first.
It stated that the financial impact will be positive on the company’s financial statements, starting from the first quarter of 2025 AD until the fourth quarter of 2025 AD.
