Bahrain Development Bank wins second place for the Human Resources Innovation Award in the BSCM Excellence Awards 2024

The Bahrain Development Bank announced that it won second place in the Human Resources Innovation Award within the Bahrain Society for Human Resources Management Excellence Awards for the year 2024.

This achievement honors the bank’s efforts to innovate in the management and development of human resources, which reflects the bank’s commitment to innovation and employing the latest technologies in this regard.

The Excellence Awards ceremony was held on December 3, 2024, where outstanding achievements in the field of human resources were highlighted.

This award is considered one of the most prestigious awards in the Kingdom in the field of human resources, and the human resources practices at the Bahrain Development Bank were honored for their ability to effectively implement and align with the bank’s strategic objectives.

On this occasion, Dalal Al Ghais, CEO of Bahrain Development Bank, said: “This honor is a testament to our continued efforts in harnessing technology and innovation to empower our employees, as a strategic plan has been developed from 2022 to 2026, in which employees are its most important pillars.
