For the sake of Lebanon… messages exchanged between Elissa and Haifa Wehbe

Days after she released her new song, singer Haifa Wehbe was keen to congratulate her friend, the artist Elissa, on the song “Your Love Is Like Beirut,” and expressed her pride and happiness at her success.

Haifa posted a picture of Elissa, along with an audio clip of the song, via the Stories feature on Instagram and accompanied it with a comment: “There is no love like you or the whole of Beirut or Lebanon. Congratulations, my beloved Elissa. Thank you, my friend Eli, for this true work like you.”

In turn, Elissa responded to Haifa’s congratulations and wrote to her, “My sweetheart, I am very happy with your sweet words. Lebanon is beauty in all its details, and every one of us is part of this wonderful country, and you are also the best example of this beauty.”

In conjunction with the war and the difficult conditions that Lebanon is experiencing, Elissa released her song entitled “Your Love Is Like Beirut” through her official channel on YouTube and various music platforms, as a message of hope for all of Lebanon from her, the author of its lyrics, Jan Nakhoul, and the composer Muhammad Bashar.

The audience interacted widely with the song, and it gained the admiration of thousands two days after it was released online.
