Tomorrow…the start of the Egypt International Men’s Golf Championship in Soma Bay
The Egyptian Golf Federation announced the launch of the Egypt International Men’s Championship, starting tomorrow, Tuesday, December 10, until next Sunday, December 15.
The tournament’s competitions will be held in Soma Bay, one of the most beautiful tourist destinations on the Red Sea. With the participation of 60 players representing 11 countries, namely: Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Tunisia, England, Germany, Hungary, Libya, Lebanon, Italy, and Egypt.
The tournament begins tomorrow, corresponding to December 10, with the arrival of the players, followed by December 11, designated for training, while the competitions will be held over three days from December 12 to 14, and December 15, designated for departure.
The Egyptian Golf Federation confirmed that the tournament is distinguished this year by the participation of… A large number of foreign professional players from different countries of the world, which enhances Egypt’s position as a global destination for golf.
The tournament also gives participating players points in the world golf rankings, which enhances its importance. It increases competitiveness among players.
The Egyptian Golf Federation indicated that the participation of more than 26 foreign professional players in the tournament provides strong contact opportunities for Egyptian players, and this will contribute to developing their skills and raising their technical level in accordance with international standards, and reflects a commitment to developing the sport. Golf in Egypt by attracting international players and organizing tournaments in distinctive places such as Soma Bay, known for its natural beauty and its courses equipped at the highest level.
